We're seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support our continued growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the inside sales team; manage daily operations and team development
Provide timely, accurate quotes based on customer needs
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
Work cross-functionally to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service
Collaborate with outside sales reps on customer strategy and order follow-ups
Use ERP and CRM systems to manage pricing, inventory, and customer data
Monitor market trends and support strategic pricing decisions
Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team
Proficient with ERP and CRM systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented demeanor
Knowledge of tool and mold steels, metal distribution, industrial supply, machining practices, and/or manufacturing a plus
